See, I’ve been “training” for a half marathon (quotes since I’m still discovering my rhythm), which is in about five weeks, as well as the plan I’m complying with requires doing something different everyday of the week, like, some days I’m meant to run just a few miles at a slower-than-normal pace, some days are rest days, as well as then when a week I’m meant to push myself a bit harder with a somewhat longer run (that was yesterday for me…so I’m a bit tired).
